Week One - 10 Lessons For Well-Being

  1. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
  2. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
  3. Make peace with your past so it won’t screw up the present.
  4. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.
  5. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don’t save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
  6. Be eccentric NOW. Don’t wait for old age to wear purple.
  7. Time heals almost everything. Give time, time.
  8. Forgive everyone Everything.
  9. Always choose life.
  10. Frame every so-called disaster with these words “In five years, will this matter?”.
Note: The author of these lessons is unknown but the lessons themselves reside deep in our hearts in a place called our "inner knowing". Each of us has the power within to create a beautiful life of well-being, we just have to open up and listen to our hearts a little more. Please share these lessons with your friends and family as a reminder that we all deserve to live a life of well-being - it's our birthright.
