Don't worry about being perfect, instead be kind and appreciate yourself for the person that you already ARE. Becoming a more healthy and happy person is the ultimate "goal" and the path towards your health and well-being. Strive for progress, not perfection.

Great post! I never really worry about being perfect, more about what people think of me/ how I come across.
ReplyDeleteI always say that if your 'intention' is good in all things then you have nothing to worry about. You will come across to others with the highest intention and that's all that matters.
